CARTON BOX

There are four main types of corrugated board:

Single Face: One medium is glued to one liner. Typically used as a wrapping material.
Single Wall: The medium is between two liners. Also known as double face. The outside liner is smoother than the inside liner.
Double Wall: Three liners with two mediums in between. The outside medium is more compact than the inside medium. Used for heavy items which require increased protection and box rigidity.
Triple Wall: Four sheets of linerboard with the three mediums in between.
Flutes: The medium waves are called flutes. The direction and the distance between the flutes provides varying levels of stacking strength and/or cushioning. Generally, larger flute profiles deliver greater vertical compression strength and cushioning. Smaller flute profiles provide enhanced structural and graphics capabilities for retail packaging.

DIE CUT BOX

These are made to order cartons which are cut using a tool to one of many styles. In most cases these boxes are made precisely to your specification and therefore will incur an initial tooling cost. We do however have access to some 200 cutters of various sizes and styles, so if your requirements are not too critical, we may be able to help.

OFFSET PRINTING WITH CORRUGATED BOX

OFFSET BOX WITH VALUE ADD LASER EFFECT

RIGID SLIDING BOX

The sliding paper box is another popular rigid box style. The box consists of an outer cover(can be sleeves) and an inner tray. Often there are some inserts inside to protect and secure the product. There is usually a ribbon pull attached on the tray. Then the consumers can easily slide the tray out. It is used for the packaging of up-scale books, CD, software, electronic and cosmetic products. HONEYCOMB BOARD

Honeycomb board is being used as top board for carton pallets as well as cushioning material for other applications in transport packaging. Thanks to its hexagonal shape, it is light, but at the same time has extraordinary strength properties.

EDGEBOARDS PROTECTORS

Many traditionally used packaging materials do not give enough protection against hard impacts and even a small scratch can lead to a claim for compensation. Reinforce your packaging and protect your product with edgeboards. They are delivered ready-cut to the correct length and they can be combined with stretch foil, shrink wrap and strapping. The quality, size and strength are chosen individually for each use. Qualities can be chosen from bio-qualities, which are laminated with water-soluble PVA glue, to HS-qualities (heat-sealed) which are suitable for humid conditions. Packaging Profiles have been developed for more demanding conditions.

PAPER PALLET

Our paper pallet is assembled using the Eltete PollRun@ and different elements as the top layer (edgeboards, flatboards, corrugated board, honeycomb or other similar supporting structure). 4-ways and 2-ways pallets are available, size/model options are flexible.

PACKAGING PRODUCTS
